Happy June!

I've been very busy when 2014 came. I miss joining giveaways and blogging on the side too, but I've been really enjoying with my new found love - FABRIC FLOWERS!

Yes, flowers that are made out of fabrics!

I started SERIOUSLY making, more so creating, fabric flowers January this year. I became a "secret supplier" for a friend who owns an online shop, and hence, tagged as her "flower maker" (but I prefer "fabric flower artist") NAKS! LOL!

But what really inspired me to create fabric flowers was the headband that was included in a set of accessories that I bought online. I kinda don't like it so I decided to remove the flower and transferred it to a clip. Then it led me to create my first fabric flower that was for my little girl's hair clip too (no pic T_T ) , then created a bow out of tulle.

After a few months, I made my cousin's daughter a set of tutu and headband for her 1st birthday. And this was the fabric flower that I made using organza fabric. Size is approximately 3-3.5 inches in diameter.

And with all the tutorials and inspirations I found around the net, the rest is history

Right now, I already opened my own online shop NIA&BELLA where I will be selling all my handmade fabric flowers and accessories. Along the way, I will also add materials and supplies related to crafting.
